Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026 · Version 2026-06-18.1

Oppye is a creative-production tool. The campaigns customers ship with it are their own — but a few categories of content are off-limits because they hurt real people, expose us and our customers to legal risk, or violate the terms of the underlying model providers we route to. Using Oppye means you agree not to use it for any of the following.

Deceptive political or election content

Do not generate creatives that misrepresent a candidate, public figure, party, election outcome, polling place, or voting procedure, including content that uses real names, faces, or logos in a way intended to mislead voters.

Impersonation of real people or organizations

Do not generate creatives that represent a real person, brand, government body, or other organization in a way that suggests they endorsed, created, or are affiliated with the creative, unless you have written permission from that party.

Real identifiable individuals without consent

Do not upload, reference, or generate banners featuring real identifiable individuals unless you have their explicit consent. This includes likeness, voice, and signature elements such as identifiable scars, tattoos, or accessibility devices.

Discriminatory, harassing, or hateful targeting

Do not produce content that promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, immigration status, or any other protected characteristic.

Sexually explicit, exploitative, or CSAM content

Do not generate or upload sexually explicit material, content that sexualizes minors, or material that exploits or endangers any person. This is an absolute prohibition and triggers immediate account termination.

Violent, graphic, or self-harm content

Do not generate content that depicts or promotes self-harm, suicide, real-world violence, or that glorifies harm to people or animals.

Illegal goods, drugs, weapons, regulated services

Do not use Oppye to promote unlicensed financial products, illegal drugs, controlled weapons, human trafficking, or any goods and services prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction the creative will run in.

Intellectual property you do not own

Do not upload artwork, logos, photographs, fonts, or trademarks you do not have the right to use. You retain ownership of generated outputs but are responsible for the IP status of every input — including reference imagery and brand assets uploaded into the conversation.

Spam, malware, scam, and phishing creatives

Do not create banners that link to malware, phishing pages, fraudulent investment schemes, fake giveaways, or any other deceptive funnel designed to extract money, credentials, or personal data under false pretenses.

Health and safety claims without backing

Do not generate creatives that make unverified medical, drug, financial, or safety claims (for example, claiming a product cures a disease, or guaranteeing investment returns), regardless of how the underlying campaign frames them.

Enforcement

Violations can result in immediate suspension of generation access, removal of offending content from your account and our storage, termination of your subscription without refund, and reporting to law-enforcement or platform partners when the law requires it. We err on the side of acting first and asking questions after for categories involving minors, real-world violence, or active election interference.

Reporting

If you believe content on Oppye violates this policy or your rights, email support@oppye.com with a description of the content, your relationship to it, and how to reach you. We respond to all valid reports within 5 business days.
